Clear Context : Ok not really a developers tool but I can’t live without this. Why should I spend my valuable time filing & managing emails when Clear Context can do it for you & with great ease. Anyone (everyone) that has MS Outlook should consider using this (or at least check out the free tiral).
Diagram Designer by MeeSoft : forget Visio, this is so easy to use, much faster than visio & free.
Iron Speed Designer : Rapidly generate asp.net website with ease.
MyGeneration : Where would any good developer be without a raipd code generator & ORM
Notepad++ : Text editor with syntax highlighting & packed with other great features.
OnTime : Excellent Bug tracking software with built in help desk & project management, the best part is it has a free single user license 
Paint.Net : Excellent MS Paint replacement, its free & packed with greate features.
StudioTools : This is an excellent & very helpful add-in to Visual studio that (among many other features) allows the floating of a code window so you can put it on your second monitor for those that have multiple monitor setups (added 21-July-08).
SubSonic : The Zero Code DAL (generates a Rails like ORM for .net applications)
The ALl-Seeing Eye : Ok not really a development tool but excellent for gamming after a hard days work 
Toad for SQL Server : Replace ment for the Sql Ent Manager / Studio (with many enhancements)
vDbCompare : Yes this is our own software but we really like it & it gets good usage.
Visual Assist X : Visual Studio Add-in that provides better auto type suggestion & improved syntax hilighting .
xSql Object : the BEST (I’m not joking) database schema & data compare tool I have ever seen, simply beautiful & free for small databases, greate work xSql Software!
