Customer Relations Management (CRM for short) software is big bucks for the right software, I have developed a few CRM solutions in my time & now the age of web 2.0 is here custom CRM applications seem on the decline as bigger players step into the market. Sure there are a few software solutions out there that have excellent features & a good client/support base but now there are more interesting (& cost effective) methods.
Check out ZOHO’s range of on-line (web browser) software.
Not only do the provide excellent document software (to compete with MS Office) but they also do a on-line CRM system (thats extremely impressive) & whats more its free for single users or SMALL businesses! (Thanks ZOHO).
Off track a bit but still in the park; Google is also in the game of online office software, I wonder if they will put up a CRM solution as well?
